Quality process
Five-stage quality control
サプライヤー管理から製造、信頼性評価、出荷まで、重要工程ごとに検査記録を保持します。
- IQC — Incoming Quality Control. All raw materials and components inspected against approved specs before entering the line.
- IPQC — In-Process Quality Control. First-article and in-process inspections at each critical stage of assembly.
- OQA — Outgoing Quality Audit. Pre-shipment testing including hipot, continuity, and IP rating verification on every unit.
- Reliability testing. Salt spray, vibration, and thermal cycling on every production batch.
- Traceability. Batch records, batch numbers, and material certificates retained for every shipment.
